never really got a response from you on that first hand I played the other night where when I clicked "add chips" to add in my other 150 to my stack, and it apparently hit the "raise button" beneath add money screen, tossing in like 125-130 chips I never would've put in with K3 offsuit after you first raised to 30-something and then the other guy shoved or reraised right I was clicking the "add money" button.....
I know I'd toss back the chips to anyone due to such a malfunction, and it ain't much (it's kind of the principal of the thing), and I know your're generally a good guy with stacks of $100's laying around.... lol....

Dlo: I of course believe you that it was an accident, but I have accidentally folded/raised plenty of times playing SBR poker and not been reimbursed and I am just coming out of a prolonged cold streak. Tell you what I will run a poll and abide by the results because I'm not really sure what to do. I know it sucks but I also know that type of thing has happened to me and it's part of crappy SBR poker software, and I was no guarantee to win the hand. Our vote doesn't count of course.

for the record, I 've rebated chips about 4-5 times on sbr when faced with an obvious error in calling, and a polite request for the rebate.....
and i've rebated about 20-30 times after felting players, incl rudy and the notorious biteme....

Maybe I shouldn't have used "begged", but you sure didn't like the idea of some of your fellow posters seeing the thread, and back then we were on good terms and would have not posted but I already had and can post the time stamps to prove that.
Some very telling things about this situation.
-The other guy who was in the hand and at the table saw no issue and voted I should not give back the chips.
-You claim you haven't badgered me but, although i don't remember what you said at the time, you are saying you said something about it in chat after the hand, then you brought it up in another thread, and then you messaged me about it.
-You didn't really have a problem with all this and start attacking me until you got behind in the poll
-For some reason you want credit for making a donation using gifted points
-I will make donations, I just don't want to be blackmailed about it because you're having a gonorrhea flare up

not a mis click when you click "ok" to add the amount on the buy in page, and it somehow raises the hand.... i clicked the button I meant to click, the goddam "oK" button.....
sure, it's the fault of the software, but say a bus comes along hauling ass too close to the sidewalk and over the speed limit, and blows a hundred dollar bill out of your hand, and JJ is standing next to you, and picks up the $100 bill -- sure, it's the bus' fault, but isn't it easier to ask JJ to simply hand you back your hundred dollar bill?

There have been 5-10 scenarios where sbrpoker autocalled instead of automuck. It happened to me twice. I never thought to ask the person back for the points. I made a thread about it saying that shit needs fixed.
Also, sbr had a ton of connectivity issues. These days I assume it's close to 0 on their end. However, if I ever auto disconnect and win the hand (unless I had the nuts, then they still got a discount)...I'll send the other person their points back. I never had 1 person send me points for auto disconnecting against me

at a shithole site I won a lifetime membership to (pureplay.com), half the dumbasses there use the INTENTIONAL disconnect as part of their poker playing strategy when faced with a big re-raise all in. Rather than make the call with a marginal hand or a draw after betting only to be reraised, they shut the bitch down, disconnect, and log back in after the hand, thereby limiting their exposure in the hand to the bet they made, hoping to suckout and "win"..... happens at least ten times a trny in their weekly $5k and $2k trnies....
and that is exactly the reason you dont give ppl back money when they screw up. it just lets ppl take advantage of the situation. oh i disconnected so i should get my equity in the pot still. oh i misclicked so i should get my chips back. ppl can just keep the chips if they win and claim mislick if they lose. lets get real. you werent going to give back the chips if you won otherwise you wouldnt call with your last chips because of pot odds.

obviously, if a player accidentally hits a raise button (as we've probably all done numerous times) that's on the player.... but your poorly worded poll doesn't mention any of that shit. it makes it sound like I made an "accidental raise", which I didn't. I made a deliberate "add money" decision, not any accidental raise.
I would have voted no rebate for any dumbass who "accidentally raises" a hand, but if a player was buying in, clicked add money, and it raised the hand due to a site error, I no doubt give the pts back, unless it was waves.... if it was that fukstick, I give the pts to DownSouth, who waves owes about 71,980 pts to.

i sat down, and it was my first hand, wasn't even paying attention to the game action other than having clicked fold, was adding the rest of my chips from a rollover to have the 300 on the table....
as you all know, the buy in page, when you click your rollover, throws in an amount, and you have to up click it..... I clicked on the rollover, and joined the rtable for the amount that the client had uploaded, which wasn't the full amount....
so i was going back into the buyin page to add the rest of the goddam rollover, when my first hand was unfolded.... and the timing was what the fuk it was, and happened to fuk me over....
I don't give a fuk, but at least anglleman's got a donation and now I have motivation to 1. hit the goddam weight room every mon-w-fri for upper body, and t/th for lower, and 2. run an extra mile each day before the Bash.....
