    Absoluteky they can. It used to be Bovada but a few months back changed to ignition casino. Best for Americans from what I've seen. If you don't mind playing again a player # instead of a username. I love it for what it's worth. I've found people who hate it are running HUDS and all this other BS.     I've never used one either. I mean you can still use one but it don't keep track of a player once they leave the table cause of the numbering system. I love it.
