poker winnings frozen need some help
I made it into the money in 4 tournaments but have yet to receive my winnings...reached out to live help numerous times to no avail.

05/16/15 MTT 12th Place status: pending

So, you as a non-pro like myself has to go into the public room and roll over your winnings by just playing in the Casablanca room.
If you go there now I'll join.
sorry i'm not sure what you're talking about...how do i do this?
First, don't talk about your hand at the table when others still have to act.
Second, you have to rollover tournament points in the poker room. You do this by going to Holdem Public tab and role them over 3x.
