    That chat is about as damning you can get. But it happened in a cash game scam against SBR's rollover so I'm surprised its just a ban from poker.

    I don't like the fact I've got the other deadbeat 2 seats to my left in todays daily like nothings going on either.

    If it was up to me it's an IP ban from SBR completely. No room for that kind of scum in a gambling forum

    To be fair its more of a ripping off SBR thing than a poker thing. PO69 had a bad history of chatting his hands to help people so thats hurting other players but the chat Bite posted in the other thread is a straight jack move by both involved.

    If he cheated in the tourneys, you'd have a better argument...but your rules still didn't specify penalties for cheating, or who would decide on situations not covered by rules. Not condoning his past cheating, but without being specific, door is open to wide interpretations of what's cheating and what's merely angle-shooting.

    At least his timeout will add some suspense to the contest...he was pulling away from you pretty badly, and given the rate you cash in this actual poker format, it's far from guaranteed you catch up before he comes back. We know donk is mopping the floor with you, pity you stopped taking bets on that one...and a pity we don't see you on the leaderboard you used to care so much about
