one of my all time UNfavorites, live at the Isle of Capri in Lake Charles, LA:

2-5 no limit; bought in for 300, had run it up to 850 or so in less than two hours when this occurs:

in middle position, get dealt k10 offsuit (no spades)

call limper to my right in earlier position than me, both blinds come along.

    flop As Ks Kd

all check to me, im last to act, make it 20. blinds fold, guy to my immediate right calls.

    turn 10h

guy to my right makes it 50. I raise to 150. he reraises and shoves roughly a grand all-in, I instacall for all my remaining chips as he has me covered. we turn em up, he shows QsJs (for broadway with a royal/flush redraw) versus my k ten boat.

    River Dealt: 10s

    busted.....

I have two favorite hands (same tournament). I'd turned a $10 buy in, into a $100 voucher for a WSOP seat tourney. Was something like a 145 people in the tournament. At then end of the 3rd break we were down to 3 players (one guy had about 60% of the chips). Once we got going I was dealt K,10 in the BB. The big stack bumps it one time and I call. Flop comes down K,K,10. He bets a decent amount and I call. Turn is a blank and he bets again (I call). River is another blank and he shoves all in. I call and take the chip lead.

The tide had turned and I started owning him (and the short stack was now gone). That's when I get AQ and he shoves with A,6. I call and the cards come out all blanks and I win the seat. I just remember running around the house like a little kid screaming like crazy. Definitely, the highlight of my poker career.

Unfortunately at the WSOP, I got my aces cracked by KJ (two pair) 13 hours into the first day. I left the Rio only to go back to my hotel and play 6 more hours of poker.

ps dane.... was my royal bad beat not interesting enough for a quarter? lol.... I can go with my other $700 one out bad beat, where my 55 flops a set, as did opponents 22, and he spiked the duce on the river..... or my wsop bracelet event bubble hand, where I had kk cracked by qq by some dickweed we all know from tv, after I reraised Mizeraki's little brother's raise all in with kk, to be called by qq........ Lil miz folded, wisely I guess.....

(mpas definitely not Augustus and has no aversion to folding)

I'm not folding w/our stack sizes so if he has the set or the draw binks, it's all goin in anyway on turn and more power to him.

Well, yeah... it was the product of a 170 rollover, and while I'm not as sharp as bobbywaves *cough cough* --- who keeps insisting % of rollovers should be desired & achieved by chopping $1.90 pots for .95pts w/guys like eberetta in .25-.50 HL omaha :

my question is how did he bet 1600 when its the 1st hand of the tourney?

    his net should be 1530

software must have a glitch or something

He bet $100 then raised to $1500...betb amount in HH looks like sum total of all bets instead of total amount wagered. Misleading way to do it, but doesn't affect much.
