    Sinmiedo is SHADY

was 42 away from rollover and asked want to do a 42 point flip as it was just him and I at the 2/4 table and tourney was starting.

    He agreed

he raises to the agreed amount.

Flop comes - He goes all in with 400 points......

I know its only points but that is shady SHIT

    *Sin made it right*

So what was the outcome, did you call the 400? I assume you folded. Pavyracer did the same thing to me, when we were flipping every hand.

If you agree to do a 42 point flip, there is no folding.

    You just check it down.

Maybe Sinmiedo didn't understand. I don't think English is his first language.

The only time I ever made a deal in poker (and was an sbr tournament) was in the last Bash in las vegas when we split the 1st and 2nd place with \kidkongolf, and it was agreed in front of 120 people. Again bud, sorry for the misunderstanding.

unbelieveble ... cheating for betpoints ...if it would have been for cash you would have already reported him to the police by now for doublecrossing you on your cheat

... and you actually start a thread about cheating ...

yeah, what the hell are the rules on this rollover by agreement, ie, flippin? if it's ok, why not just delete the whole friggin lame ass rollover process, which is a royal pain in the ass..... Delete it, and let us immediately donk off the points in the sportsbook...... and how much of a rake is taken during these rollovers? is it per hand, or per session? what is it.... (I'm usually too blown out by the time i'm rollin' over my tourney wins to pay attention to the rake)........

ive never heard the official, its ok to flip. but people i trust have said sbr said it was ok.

do not confuse that with both of you folding just to complete rollover and break even minus the rake. that will get you banned.

also most of you are hilarious. yea im sure it was a misunderstanding, seeing as how he raised exactly to 42 preflop. he wasnt the one to call 42, he raised it 42 as first one to act. AA only adds to the shadiness. but ive known sin is an angle shooter for a while now. nothing new to see on my end.

based on the evidence, Sin agreed to flip for 42 points and got greedy when he saw AA. Scumbag move. What am I missing here?

I don't want to get into any kind of Intertwebs drama, but if you don't "make deals" why did you raise with the agreed amount of 42 points in the first place?

Flipping is fine, but like any deal you make in poker, you do it at your own risk. At least Sin transferred your the points back...which is worth what, about a dollar?...and if he really had Aces chances are you weren't winning that flip anyway. There's more than a few others that would have booked it with the points and not return any of them.

I did not have the chance to talk to him because he loged out of the table( probably steaming ) but I show him the AA before that, However, it as my intention all along to give him his points back!!!!!!!, since SBR may be monitoring the poker room activity, and finding out of a deal that it was not worth getting ban for it. What really impress me is the amount of prosecutors and professional poker judges we have in SBR
