I sent an email to SBR several days ago about the situation, email I sent is quoted below:
SBR responded and basically said I'm screwed and sent me this link (http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/poker/2217...oints-faq.html). I think 180 days is more then reasonable but this expiration time is not listed anywhere except on that thread above that was posted in March. I was never sent any PMs/emails letting me know my rollovers were about to expire, and there is nothing listed in the SBR poker program notifying/warning you of any kind of expiration time on your rollovers. I had a few big rollovers, one was like a 8k rollover from a big tourney win and now that's gone. What do you think Shari, doesn't it seem like I'm getting shafted here? Is it that hard for SBR to restore my rollovers so I can play them out? I'm a very understanding guy, if there was any kind of notice in the SBR poker program or anything sent out to me and I forgot about it or something then I'd have no complaints here, that would be my fault. But that rule is listed in some obscure poker thread, like I'm suppose to read everything in the poker forum or something .....hopefully SBR makes amends here, I think my complaint is valid.I just logged into the SBR Poker program and noticed a bunch of my rollovers are gone, I had a really big one I think it was like a 8k rollover that is now missing. I hope they didn't expire or something because I was never given any kind of notice or anything, ever since I started my new job I haven't had much time to play, I was hoping they could be restored so I could play them. I think this is a reasonable request especially since I was never sent out any email/PM warning me they would expire. Could you help me out here?
