Lol, the new tournaments set up give you even less chips 1500.
As if they couldn't be any more clueless.
No reason to make the tourneys end in 4 minutes and let people pick one hand to play and win or lose it.
There is no volume on the site for it to be necessary to make it an ultra-turbo environment.
The purpose of having superfast tourneys is for the hopes people will play other games (Which on sbr there are none to play).
Give the guys a chance to play, chat, and enjoy the tournament.
And enough with the scamware you guys borrowed from Bookmaker.
Let the game play itself and be legit.
No point in scamming hands that are unrealistic to happen every 3 hands on there just to eliminate players.

    Yeah, that's you.

Do agree that going down to 1500 starting chips is a bad idea. If anything, they should have moved it up to 2000.

The tourneys already took 1.5 hours or more and you guys want to make them 2+?

    Unreal

lets make them 10 hrs/day. Surely we will get the true winner and races/suck outs won't happen at all

    5min blinds, 1500 chips.

    Standard stuff on Poker Stars.

    No one complains.

I think it's perfectly ok. Point is this is based upon a huge number of tournaments so while the short term variance in a single event will go up with smaller starting stacks, having shorter daily tourneys will be nice, and these tourneys will still gauge pretty well in the long-term who the best players are. So I think it's a fine overall format.

I agree with all of your points. I do the next days sports capping during the tournaments, as well as paying bills, laundry, cooking ect so liked the 1800 chip format, but I'm sure 1500 starting will be fine.

1500 is standard, I like the new starting stack and payout structure
