The tab on the poker lobby should not say "Omaha High"...
It should probably just say "Omaha"...
"Omaha High" is different than "Omaha Hi/Lo" which is what you have going now...

Not arguing that the table titles should change to be clearer but, it also clearly states it is hi/lo in the window title bar when you open the table.
