I think making a living betting sports on SBR is possible, but poker is nearly impossible.

I don't see how. I have a hard time finding a table to roll over points.

Pretty sure that was Africa, king of the scammers.

Not hard to find someone to flip your roll with on weekends, via Omaha Hi/Lo.

That and a willingness to live in a sub 100k shithole and you're good to go.

Let's just say that even for you, this is a surprising statement.

I know you will self-justify it with some mind bending logic experiment but in all honesty, if you really took SBR into account if you will retire or not, I am truly saddened for you.

                          Wow, just wow.

Again, SBR was just one of many factors that contributed to my retirement decision.

You & Downmouth, have fun at work today. Considering each of your poker play, I am truly saddened for the both of you:

LOL Bobby. I find your immature name changes amusing. To be clear, if SBR had any factor in your decision to retire, that is sad to me.

You take SBR poker and SBR Betpoints, very serious and I think more serious than anybody on this website does.

Downsouth and I use SBR and SBR Betpoints for amusement. Also as a side benefit that is supremely more valuable than Betpoints about SBR that I did not fully appreciate until a few years ago is the real friendships I have made.

At the risk of sounding similar to a bible thumper, I honestly hope you understand this soon so you get more value out of life.

Get some perspective, enjoy life, friends and lessening the negativity in your life is so important.

To be clear...whatever factors I used in my retirement decision process, is solely my business. Your opinion is irrelevant to me.

You take SBR poker and SBR Betpoints, very serious and I think more serious than anybody on this website does.
If this were true, then it stands to reason I would be cashing out my 37k+ pts at every given opportunity. The fact that I don't cash out often & never requested a pathetic betpoints loan on this site, proves it's not serious as you ignorantly claim.

Downsouth and I use SBR and SBR Betpoints for amusement. Also as a side benefit that is supremely more valuable than Betpoints about SBR that I did not fully appreciate until a few years ago is the real friendships I have made.
My amusement on this site comes from slow rolling chumps on the green felt. Unlike you, I have real friends & obviously not here for cyber friends.

I certainly wouldn't mistake you for a "bible thumper," as I'm pretty confident you're an atheist like your buddy Tripe.

I'm a Roman Catholic, whose getting plenty of +EV value from life & have all the perspective I need.

                                      Yep, funny like a clown.

You posted that SBR was a factor in your retirement, therefore it does seem you want other opinions.

Your point about how many betpoints you have (uncashed), proving that SBR is not that important to you, makes no sense. Especially given you do not come here for the camaraderie. It fails logic why it factored into your retirement or even why you post here.

LOL, slow-rolling chumps. You really think what you do is slow rolling? You really think the people you do it to really care? It is just more indication of what a sad existence you seem to be living.

I have made e-friends and real friends from this site, that is so much more valuable than anything to do with betpoints.

So how does my statement suggest I'm asking for other opinions?

Your point about how many betpoints you have (uncashed), proving that SBR is not that important to you, makes no sense.
Makes complete sense, if betpoints were important I would constantly cash out. Soon as I had enough pts to do so, like 75% of the broke dikks on this site.

It fails logic why it factored into your retirement or even why you post here.
You can't grasp my simple point regarding betpoints, wouldn't expect you to have the logic to comprehend this.

You really think what you do is slow rolling? You really think the people you do it to really care?

The tirades chumps post in chat after being slow rolled, is concrete proof they care. But since I didn't take a chat screenshot, you can just ask ChuckyTheGoat & StevieK what happened to them in last nights tourney.

The entertainment value I receive from slow rolling these chumps is priceless. I suggest you play in more of my tourney's, so I can have more fun at your expense.

Figured as much, you're just another lost soul. I'm truly saddened for your Judgement Day:

They have a grocery store gift card, it's called Whole Foods.

Not at work today. Came back yesterday from taking wife and kids to Disney for week and leaving tommorow morning heading to South Bend to watch Georgia play the Fighting Irish.

                                                My company generally runs itself.

hopefully your saving your money to maybe be able to afford trip to next bash.

boobywaves has no idea what slowrolling is. Not even possible to properly slowroll online but this guy will tell you he does it all the time like it's something to be proud of

Definition of a Slow Roll and why it’s a Big Breach of Poker Etiquette

                                                  By Steve Beauregard
A slow roll is perhaps the ugliest, most egregious breech of poker manners and etiquette possible. It’s a shameful display of unsportsmanlike behavior conducted by only the least likeable, most despicable, dumb and insecure human beings we have the unfortunate distinction of sharing space on this Earth with.

                                                  Have I been unclear?
The definition of slow rolling is multi-faceted, but basically it occurs at the showdown of a hand, when the winning player deliberately, and intentionally, turns his two cards over slowly, as a subtle way to “rub it in” the losing player’s
While perhaps making the slow roller feel good about himself for a minute or two, a slow roll is a mean act that creates a bad vibe at a poker table, making the game less fun for all involved.
Even poker players with less than stellar reputations when it comes to good manners despise the slow roll. No less than professional poker player Mike “The Mouth” Matusow has said, “It’s the most disgusting thing you could ever do. I’ve never slow rolled a person in my life. And I never will.”
Some experienced poker players consider a slow roll to occur only when the winning player is holding “the nuts,” or, the best hand possible.

Most other folks, however, consider it to be a slow roll whenever a player senses he has won, and pauses, or slows, the revealing process in order to milk his win. This is done to either showboat himself, or denigrate his opponent.
Ironically, it’s always the slow roller who ends up looking bad.

Real slowroll is letting the villain roll over their hand and giving them the old "wow 2 pair is good..... pause 5 seconds... but not as good as a straight!!!"

For the record what small b does is waste time. Def not slowrolling anyone.
