Finished my rollover of 500 yesterday...

Poker software says 1514/1500 (Played/Required) yet the Status says SPENT not COMPLETED.

Someone help me out here.

spent means you exhausted the points that you won. It displays that when you lose all the points. What does it say for balance?

I tried explaining to you yesterday at tables but you are left with whatever you make/lose with rollover at completion. If you get 500 and when your done at 1500/1500 you have 900 then the points roll to you wallet at 900. If you only have 160 left when your done then only 160 roll. If you have 0 because you lost them all then you have 0.

"spent" means 0. Had you completed the rollover with any points, the record would say "completed", even if it was only a few points.

Sit down at a ring table, you will have two tabs when you buyin. One for regular pts and one for bonus pts. Use the bonus points and you will start your rollover.
