what i dont buy about this action bs is that the rake is fixed to a certain amount. once x amounts in the pot they stop raking.

however, i will say that when i tended to play more volume, i had better results. my area got live regulated casino poker a few years back, and i didnt play online nearly as much. my results tailed off so bad that i only played sporadically for about a year or so. after a few nice cashes on other sites in bigger tournaments, i decided to play on there last year for a WSOP seat only. i played only step tournaments (starting at the 75 dollar one) level 4 i think, and NEVER made it to the final sit n go for the wsop seat, which is only step 7. i put over 4000 into satellites on there, and couldnt even make the main satellite, starting just 3 rungs down. honestly, it wasnt even bad beats for the most part, just a very high percentage of the time i would run into a top 5 hand in the blinds when i raised preflop. pretty frequently it was an ironman or watever designation they give to the guys who live on the site. i was so irritated by the site that i banned myself for 6 months. after the ban ended, i went back on the site and turned 600 into just over 2500 in a few days mostly playing the 45 man 75 dollar sit n gos. after a few break even days, i got bored and cashed out about 2400 total minus the fee. that was the last time i ever played on there, about 3 months ago.

honestly, i do think theres some truth to the "random" generator rewarding the more frequent players. why would they want to send me to the wsop (and have me be eligible for a free seat the next year per their promotion if you cash as one of their players) when they could send their more loyal customers who would no doubt be back daily after their seat was won?

basically im saying that i have lived on both sides of the fence so i understand how both the "pros" and the "joes" feel about it. honestly, the pros should be better players through hours and hours of hands and multitabling. it wasnt like i was playing poker less, i just was playing way less on their site. i was still doing well otherwise, so i didnt think about it much, and just chalked it up to variance. its definitely food for thought now that i have read this "admission" of guilt, but ultimately doesnt matter since ill never be back on there ever again.

i knew full tilt was totally rigged easily, in real life you don't get so many bad beats, if you had KK on full tilt you might want to fold it, too much of a risk of a bad beat. then i thought, this suks, and quit.

I have run way worse and way more up and down on tilt than on stars, I always just figured it was the stupid avatars and shorter countdown times tilting the fukk out of me. (Up thousands on stars, down a few hundo on FTP).

It's rigged. It always has been. If they really wanted to shut everyone up all they had to do is let people look at the code, they refused. There is no risk to exposing an RNG, if it's suppose to be RANDOM in the first place, hence no predictions.

The reason so many people believe it's rigged is b/c there are so many terrible poker players who are so bad that they don't even realize how bad they are. They can't understand why they are consistently losing, so they blame the server. The truly good poker players i know, who play online, win money online. Most players though aren't very good, and they're so far out of the know that they don't even realize what they're doing to make themselves so bad. They think it's "bad luck". No one has luck so bad that they lose consistently lose over a long period of time, based solely on their luck. If you lose consistently over a long period of time, you just suck.

This is the same argument that has been going on forever. I was a very small winning poker player. But if you ever watched a training video from the "Pro's" you'll notice something very strange.. Take Phil Gaffond "OMGCLAYAKIN" 's videos He will muck AJ and sometimes even Muck when he hits TP TK to a reraise. Some might call that good reads, maybe thinking of an over pair or being super nitty. But you really can't with rake be a rock always folding & still make his money.

I didn't start winning regularly till I started to become gun shy about suck outs & watch out for the possible spots in which I could lose. Most players will accept that all poker software generates action. I mean of course it does, do you think you'd ever win a hand ever for more than preflop chips if someone wasn't hitting a lower pair, damned near the straight or flush? They have to create draws to let bad players pay the good.

Good players have to lose to bad players occasionally or bad players would feel they can never win and would stop redepositing. I'm not saying any of this is immoral/illegal or a ethical grey area. We all just accept it as a truth so we can get paid. But to say the software isn't rigged to create action is illogical & stupid.

when i played at FTP first time, my feeling is the same what says the employee,, the software to involve as most possible player during a hand, feelings are same at this moment.

This week, FTP declined a withdrawl to my CC, they send me a rude email, i have to play..... in mind WTF is go on there, after deal with they, today i got a email with the confirmation of the funds withdrawls...

The moneybookers options is not available at FTP.
