    1, 2, 3 Seeds all win prop

    I bet "yes" that all 1, 2 and 3 seeds would win their first round game for +155. Now I think its safe to assume the 1s and 2s will win today. So that leaves the Syracuse game and the Purdue game that could mess this up. St Peters is +1050 and Indiana State is +650. I should be able to lock up around 63% ROI, again this is assuming the 1s and 2s are basically locks. Should I do it?
