    My neighbor talks all night on her cell phone...arrrghhhh!

    Any suggestions on how to shut her up (no I won't kill her). She talks like the person on the other end is in a noisy bar...can hear everything she says through our windows...man, this lady is LOUD! HELP!!!

    Just tell her "... man the walls/windows are thin in this place .. I can hear every single word you say when you are talking on your phone at night" No doubt there will be at least one or two things she might have said in the past few days that she would hope nobody else had heard ... just knowing that someone else can hear everything should be enough to make her keep it down - or at least move somewhere that she might be able to have a private conversation
