    How would you try to build a bankroll of 1k?

    If you had 1k and your life depended on building that up to something comfortable can you tell me how you would go about it?

    Size of wagers, types of wagers, anything is helpful, Im no professional. Thanks guys.

    Ok I just got a bankroll of $1000 at a book I usually dont play at so your question is revelvent to me in this situation I put $600 on Kansas-13 .

    Option A) Don't gamble. There are better/easier ways to get money

    Option B (if you refuse to accept Option A) Money Manangement. 3-5% of your bankroll per play, never have more than 50% of your bankroll in play at one time. Stay away from parlays/teasers...they have great odds for a reason. Don't lay crazy chalk. Is there anything worse than going 3-2 (60%) and losing money?

    It depends whether my wife was cheating on me or not. If she was cheating on me I would leave her and go to Vegas and try to go all in 3-4 bets in a row and build a bankroll. If she is faithful to me I would stay home and bet 2% of my bankroll per bet every night and then bang her before I go to bed.

    I make that in one shift at work so I would just work a bunch of shifts. You will lose many times that amount before you figure out what you are doing wrong. Then you will quit gambling.

    deposit 500 into 2 different rec books that won't stiff you/fuk with you and maybe offer semi-decent bonuses

    use proper free play betting strategy if the bonuses are free plays

    hit their off numbers using a kelly-based system until they boot you

    then come back to SBR for instructions on part 2

    1. Get a job, it's going to take you a little bit to build that 1,000 up so in the mean time you're going to need another source of income.
    2. Don't play in the casino, don't do parlays/teasers, don't chase.
    3. Bet 2% of your bankroll.
    4. Look for a good bonus (BetOnline, EasyStreet)

    I've been in this shit for a while now and have slowly built my bankroll up to a nice amount, but to be honest you really need to start with a lot more than 1,000 if you want to "live comfortably."

    how ever many teams gets you to a +250 payout. $100 a tease

    Gambling with a 'bankroll' that you need just to feed and shelter yourself is going to end in tears.

    By your own admission, you are not a very good handicapper, modeler, trader and don't know how and when to get the best number and you are not going to learn how to be any of those things in the timeframe you need to.

    Why are you so sure that I will lose the wagers because the money is needed for food and rent? The money does not know that. Im pretty sure neither do the players I am betting on. Your logic is very questionable.

    I am not sure that you will lose but unless you win consistently your bankroll will be depleted by daily expenses.
    If you were able to win consistently up to this point, you would have a workable bankroll, which $1200 is not.

    Unless you have another form of income, you ARE going to end up broke.
