any 9-9 team in big east reg season that loses 1st game of tournament could be left off. only one that would still make it is uconn because of school name and kemba walker.

Not a chance. They could lose to Pitt and lose in the first round of the Big East Tournament and still get a 10 seed. Just too many solid wins to keep them out: UCLA, Cincy, Maryland, Syracuse, Marquette and WVU.

yes their rpi is 32 NOW but what will it be if they lose the next 2 in blowout fashion?

i should've started the thread with "should villanova make the ncaa tournament"
i don't think playing your last 9 games as badly as nova has (and let's say it turns into 11 games) should let you get into the tournament when you're .500 in your conference
imho how you're playing at the end of the year should count more than how you were playing at the beginning

i think last year there could have been debate but with the extra teams making the tourney, and the fact they are still ranked and they are losing to ranked teams won't hurt them from making it this year. You can put them on the bubble, but who knocks them out? I've looked at ESPN's 1st four out and none of them are better than nova. (memphis, clemson, colorado, boston college)

Pena- 40 year old veteran who was sabastian telfair go to man in high school.
On paper this team looks good but they make me want to vomit everytime i watch them this year- they have shit the bed game after game. There worth a future bet at 20-1 or better to win there region if they wake up. They prolly wont but its worth a shot at those odds. I agree tho there trash right now and have been for a while.

I hope the committee keeps this crappy team out.
All I know if that if they do make it into the tournament I'm throwing some $$ on them as a future to make it to the Final Four cause they'll be motivated and have good value.
