Then there is that 15% who will either not go to the polls if they don't like the candidate or vote for the best candidate regardless of party affiliation. So depending on who the Republicans nominate will either keep their voters away from polls (the 15%) or drive them to the polls.

So Bill Clinton revises hows Fannie & Freddie Mac operate and process applications which accelerates the economies debt. Then the economy crashes, George Bush institutes changes that take several years to see results. Obama just sits back and watches these changes take effect, and he gets credit.
