I think my plan is to make this can last me till sunday nite and never buy another can again. Ive got a busy ass day tomorrow and withdrawl headaches and anger do not fit into the plan too well. Not sure if thats wise or not.

Thats kinda what I have been trying, I was dipping a can a day and I have been going 2 days and sometimes 3 days on a can. But when I say I'm done I will find myself doing something at work or at home that I usually always have a dip in while I'm doing it and freaking cave in.

well im not f***ing with it. My mother died 4 years ago from cancer and just the thought of some of the crap she went through........Im done with it. Even if I dont have cancer which I probably dont, Id rather just be done with it for good. Ive also got to get a graff on my gums to repair the damage

The thing you are addicted to is nicotine obviously. Why not buy some nicotine gum? You get the nicotine you crave so much, get to chew on something, and you can gradually move down. I would buy some big league chew bubble gum and some nicotine gum. maybe even combine them. Either way good luck man.
