Sprained my knee, now I know how these NBA guys feel

Doesnt hurt unless i put pressure on it. Cant jog though and that is a real problem. I couldnt imagine being Kobe and having this chronic pain all the time, just knowing im going to limp real bad when i get older.

Anyone sprain their knee before, how long until it went away

Jay Cutler. Ok, got that out of the way.

Sprained my MCL about seven years ago. Walked with a limp for two months and couldn't straighten my leg for four months. Started playing hockey again about three weeks later and that wasn't too bad. The motion skating motion didn't hurt the knee too bad. 100% after about six or seven months. Good luck.
