Anyone want to challenge me to a physique transformation contest?

maybe we can do it for points or even start a support group. We could do it for points or maybe sbr can give up the points.

We can have other members judge us. Perhaps even make it a bracket contest.

None of you skinny bastars can join this. Have to weigh over 250 at least. Probaly not too many will join since most here are skinny fuckers with there natural muscles showing thinking they know how to cap.

If you know me, this is money in the bag as i would be easily beaten in a competition like this.

Just join a gym and hit those free weights along w/ a 1-mile brisk walk (until you can jog it; then add another mile). And try eating less than 4k calories per day; this time next year, you'll look and feel much better.

Also, be sure to read up on the "unwritten rules of the gym"; stuff like racking your weights and cleaning up your sweat will definitely minimize the dirty looks you'll get.

does anyone else find it ridiculous that we celebrate fat fukks losing weight? they go on the biggest loser, or eat subway, and somehow become a celebrity. no one mentions the fact that they shouldn't have become a fat slob in the first place. 'oh, you lost 100 pounds? how 'bout a spot on the 'today' show?'

training knowledge has nothing to do with my own physique. I know my stuff, doesn't mean i follow it. Just like alot don't follow advice of brock landers, or jj gold or whoever.

My clients which train for free see results . I have a broken hip, cysts and calcium deposits, bone spurs in various bodyparts and like to stay up and play poker, games while eating at the same time late at night , combined with stress of being a born loser.

I do know as far as training goes, Superslow is the way to go. Warmup sets and 1 set to failure, not any of this 3 or 4 sets of 8-10 reps shit. Train each bodypart once a week with only one compound and isolation exercise per bodypart and lift just 2 days a week or combine it into 3 workouts. Its the days you rest, the days you grow muscles and gain strength. Preferably with pre exhaustion isolation movement, followed by a compound movement.

You 1st warmup on lets say the incline bench press. Then warmup on the pec deck. Do one set to failure where you can't do another rep in the pec deck and then with very little rest you do one set to failure on the incline bench press. That's it. No 2nd set is wanted, needed or desired. There is no such thing as gaining extra muscle or making up for lost time by doing a 2nd set or a 3rd and so on. Once the muscles have been stimulated, they cannot be stimulated anymore in a postive way and any more than the exact amount is overtraining. Overtraining isn't something sort of bad, except for injury, is the worst training mistake you can make.

I'd beat you easy. I'm great at this stuff.
committment, willpower, past real life experience are 10x more important than reading mike mentzer and art jones articles.

I don't think your attention span lasts for more than 1 day

but i'll give you the benefit of the doubt and give you a week to lose 12 pounds. Document and Prove it. I'll pay you $50 via paypal.

if you do win the $50 though, you have to agree to take me on for another documented 84 days. but a 5 day poll of before and after pics will determine the winner. I'll go for any $ amount you wanna go for

i've lost 10-12 pounds on before and after pics overnight. its just water and glycogen in the muscles

A person in your physical condition wouldn't instill confidence in those wishing to be "trained".

Try practicing what you preach before preaching.

don't know who you are chandler.

Also sickler, its just not true. Next thing your gonna say is that magic johnson should be a head coach in the nba or that Emmit Smith should be a running backs coach or something. I am highly motivational.
Most trainers here eat pizza and drink beer all the time and say do 3 sets of 8 and do flat bench press and that they know because they have this certificate on a wall or something.

So your saying you lost 12 pounds of muscle or water. No thanks on that offer. 12 pounds in a week? you want me to pose naked or something or with a shirt off. No thanks on that. Needs to be more than a 1 week thing and need a few in it, not just one.

easy to lose 12 lbs of water/poop. whatever in one day.

as wrestlers we do it all the time.

so how do you want to judge this challenge?

you say you know your stuff. but how are you gonna actually put your knowledge to the "willpower" test?
