    jj I think you were right

    about people being to weak to muster the northeast winters. Im in Texas and we got 2 inches of snow here in san antonio. the reporters are referring to it as an "arctic blast" and schools and courts have been cancelled. Because school's out, I have to watch my kid all day instead of getting on spankwire and smoking cigarettes in the house. straight bullshit.

    Indeed Irish. Also, when I was a kid, I walked up hill both ways, in the snow. We didn't have these new fangled "automobiles" that you damn kids have now, we had to walk! No Internet, No Radio, The TV hadn't even been invented! Oh, before I end this rant.....

    I'm not gonna say the East Coast isn't tough. It's tough enough. But it's a lot of average cities with average people, just going through their average days. No personality, no sense of humor, everyone's just kinda pissed off at the world. Nothing really big going on unless you count Miami.

    On the other hand: California, Vegas, Tijuana- these are the places where you're gonna find the real partiers making the big moves.
