He still has it. He showed that his opening round. Golf is a mental sport and it will take more time to get back to greatness

This is like 14th straight tourney of bad play from day 1 to 4

I agree - Tiger's done. He hasn't even been competitive since his fall from grace, let alone have a chance to win. It's sad, but at the same time, kind of amazing.

It was like Tyson, once he got knocked out, he wasn't feared anymore.

All those women must of kept his mind at ease, and relieved all the stress. Maybe he should go back to it. Unless he is content with his fall.

Hell he has enough money, he will be fine.

He hasn't played enough golf the last year to get back the elite level.

He needs to be playing every week if he ever is going to regain his previous form.

When he becomes comfortable with his new swing he will start shooting some low scores. This is his first tournament of the year and will be close to a top 20. I think he will win at least one major and 4 tournaments.

I will be shocked if Tiger every gets back to where he was in contention top 3 in 7 out of every 10 tourneys

I watch him a lot and everything is way off in his game

jj you don't know jack shit about golf, just admit it alright.

tiger will be fine. he got two top 5's in majors last year and his game will be light years ahead of where it was last year by the time the masters rolls around.

    freakin' fools.

do you even play golf? if you hit good shots you dont have to have mental strength. you just have to play and it will be fine. golf is about hitting shots not the thought that goes in to them. trust me i know. you cant hit it well you cant play

I'm with JJ on this one.

The big difference with Tiger is his putter.

He was the greatest putter from 12 feet in his entire career---he just isn't making those putts any longer.

if your swing is off though then thought has to go into it to get it back.

Tiger is not even half the player he was 2 years ago

Also there are tons of good worldwide players now which is making it harder and harder to even win any tour event

Tiger's swing is shit compared to what it was 5 years ago, and there are no indications that his swing will return to that form.
The killer instinct he had five years ago is all but gone, today's better golfers don't fear him anymore.
He's getting older, and the competition is getting fiercer, there are a slew of young studs that can whoop him on any given Saturday or Sunday.

Tiger has gone from one of the greats, to a very good player in a matter of 24 months.

If Tiger doesn't finish in the top two of any major this year, he will definetly be an UNDERDOG to break Jacks record of 18 majors won.

What are the current odds on him winnng at least five more majors???

Drive for show, putt for dough. He cant putt he cant win. As you get older you get the yips which causes you to miss putts. His mental toughness also seems to be gone. He may win another tourney or two but he wont catch Jack.

I just looked at Tigers putting stats.
    Dramatic drop off from 2007.

    2007 Tiger shoots 68 yesterday, not 74.

I wish I was non competitive enough to finish Top 4 on 2 majors while playing the worst golf of my career. I get a kick out of everybody breaking their ankles jumping off the Tiger bandwagon.

He also failed to make the cut at Quail last year, lol,and quit the Players at Sawgrass (Williams sister style).
    Finished 78 at Bridgestone.

    Jumping off bandwagon?
Dude, I spotted phony ever since his senior year at Stanford.
He's just ordinary without the juice.
    He's a has been, yesterday's news.

Lee Westwood is better, guys like Stricker, Casey, Poulter, Ernie, Clark.......... are just as good now.

Guys, I have pasted one nice coupon below. There is only Mickelson left and I am not really sure, whether should I counter this bet betting on Haas, Mahan or both of them. Can you advise something reasonable, please?
