Do you have both firewall protection and AV protection enabled? If so, try to disable them then try again.

It sounds like a connection error. Please describe when you receive the error, is it after you type in your username and password, or sooner/later? You can also e-mail a screenshot to forum@sportsbookreview.com to help the techs reproduce the problem.

as soon as i get to the site it starts to download the program again (just like it always has) i usually hit cancel and login and it lets me in but this time i get the above message and one that says current client version no longer supported (i updated in december), so i downloaded the program again - and got the same messages, then downloaded a second time = same thing.

Hit CTRL + Printscreen. Then open MSpaint and click paste. Screenshot will be there. Save

    Dherd,

    Thanks for providing your update.

The poker techs made it so that you cannot hit 'cancel' and avoid running the auto update anymore. The auto-update includes features, bug patches, and updated graphics. There's only one auto update per week.

Some users have reported problems running the auto updates. Mostly they are caused by firewalls or AV programs on high-alert, or insufficient user privileges (must be an administrator on your PC to run the update successfully). A clean re-install of the application should have fixed your problem. I have forwarded your screenshots and situation to our poker tech for review. I'll be in touch with you as soon as I have an update.

If that happens then you have to start poker from an account with Administrator privileges or run it with Administrator privileges.

Right-click on the poker icon and click "Run as" or "Run as Administrator".

If all else fails, then download the new full version from http://www.sportsbookreview.com/poker and install it (with Administrator privileges).
