    I tried watching one, couldn't get through it. TruTv shows are pretty fake and it shows. I like Pawn Stars, but even that has gotten pretty stale.

    it seems like more what i would expect out of a pawn shop than "Pawn Stars"... i don't mind a couple of them... then it gets to be about the same episode it seems like.

    I saw an episode, kinda sucked, it did seem more like how I picture a pawn shop compared to the Vegas Pawn Stars tho'.

    watch it when there is nothing else on. they try to screw customers hard on it and the show seems to be more about the people that come in there than the items they are buying and selling.

    Pawn Stars is better but this is not the same type of show, this is all about pawns and retarded people. The thing that annoys me the most about the show is the owners daughter, she should be fired immediately.

    I think the daughter is pretty hot in a sassy way...and this Detroit OG doesn't seem to realize that his son is gay...which doesn't make sense. Its 100% fake just like Pawn Stars though. A pawn shop is not going to ever say "I don't want to rip you off, let me get an expert in here..." get real.

    Hardcore Pawn seems more realistic, but Pawn Stars is more entertaining. Both shows always "spice" things up for television though.
