With a D like that all he has to do is hand the ball off 3/4s of the game

The Jet fans are all up his ass, everyone else see the truth.

It must have stung your nasty little ass watching Mark make a signature comeback against the Texans huh?

Simmer down Chief, you almost made me choke

Sanchez is not even a top 10 QB - yet, so there is no such thing as a "signature" Sanchez comeback - as if it happens all the time.

Sanchez is so irrelevant I can't believe I even am posting in this thread. The soul of the Jets is it's coach and its defense. Sanchez does enough so they don't lose, above average at best, with room to grow though.

not a Sanchez fan and he deserves a small amount of respect

with that said, he has not performed that overly well .. .still rely on the run game, defense and his receivers making some pretty good catches.

you must admit, he looks god awful at some points, way more often then the upper half of qbs do

It's only his second year in the NFL, why do some people act like he has to carry a team already? Dude's barely 23.

And he hasn't looked awful in the post season at all. A little shaky during the Colts 1st half, and @Pats first quarter. All of the other post season games, he's been a great QB. He's a playoff QB.

Chalk it up to his O-line. Not even sure you can argue that they aren't the best O-line in the NFL the last couple of years.

I was actually looking for a picture of a Sanchez t-shirt, similar to the Obama "HOPE" tshirt, but instead of Obama theres a picture of Sanchez and the caption says "NOPE".... you were the one calling the guy "fine"... I only use that word "fine" when describing a smokin chick, you use it when describing Mark Sanchez.

Sanchez has a good O Line and great receivers. Oh and a good running game. And a top 5 defense. All he has to do is not lose the game, not like the game is riding on Sanchez. He sucks, give the rest of the team the credit for the wins.

Sanchez is a servicable QB that plays for a very good football team. He is not Pro bowl material at this stage in his career. Sanchez makes good decisions most of the time, but is very shaky with his passes. He is not the most accurate QB in the NFL by far. I give Sanchez credit though, he seems to be able to make the plays needed to win a ball game and has made me some nice coin the last 2 weeks... So god bless Mark Sanchez.

Rex Ryan's play calling and defense is what has really helped Sanchez as a QB. Sanchez doesn't suck but, put him on a team where he has no offensive line.

    Here are your stats:
Jets rushed for 2374 yards 4th in the NFL
Opp rushed for 1454 yards 3rd in the NFL

If the Jets don't have a rushing game why are they 4th in the NFL?

Well the Jets were 22nd in the league in passing. That is pretty impressive. Only 10 other teams threw for less yards than they did. Wait Sanchez is 27th in the league in passer rating with 75.3. That isn't too bad right? Sanchez is 29th in passer completion percentage with 54.8. That is probably because he is always throwing the long ball and his receivers drop half the passes thrown to them.

Put Sanchez on a team with no defense and where he is pressured all the time and see what will happen.

Sanchez isn't a horrible quarterback. He has produced some game winning drives and he usually doesn't throw picks when the game is on the line. His defense usually keeps him in the game. He isn't a great quarterback yet. He isn't calling the plays and directing traffic.

BTW-For Sanchez to be so good...his coach never considered benching him this year...right.

Sanchez is a good manager of the game...Santonio Holmes makes big play after big play...but he does deserve some credit...4-1 is no joke...I don't like either the Jets or the Steelers...but i will be pullin for the Jets this weekend!

Personally, I like Sanchez, but he is more of a game manager than a leader on offense. He has made plays when he has had to in the playoffs and that's all you can ask of him
