well- there are a lot of people saying this but its not true. apparently the current tilt of the earth's axis requires us to factor in this new sign's constellation into the astrological calculations in which some people believe.

this was not a sudden change that happened on january 1, 2009. its been a gradual change and while it wasnt a factor 3000 years ago, it is today and was 5 years ago, 10 years ago etc....

Absolutely right! The time of birth is one of the most important factors of a personal chart. The story is making the rounds at the moment. It may have some effect years from now but the birth chart for all of us is set in the older way of viewing the stars.
