MLK is a way better pick.

If Einstein doesn't count Edison or Oppenheimer maybe?

Or simply for Fight Club, I nominate Chuck Palhaniuk.

Abraham Lincoln was a good old man. He jumped out the window with his dick in hand. he said, "Excuse me ladies, just doing my duty so why not pull down your pants and give me some booty."

Yeah Custer is pretty random. When you stop to think about the absolute exceptional-ism and dominance of American Military, Literary and Social achievements in the last 200 years it's hard to over value a general who died for nothing in the middle of nowhere while not following protocol.

When you look at Generals like Andrew Jackson, US Grant, Sherman, Teddy Rosevelt, Patton, MacArthur, etc and Presidents like Monroe, Lincoln, Wilson, FDR and Reagan.

Writings of Williams, Twain, Fitzgerald; the music of Sinatra, Presley hell I'll even throw in Biggie there; the engineering of marvels from the Sears Tower to the Hoover Dam, from the Atom Bomb to landing on the moon. From the railroads to the automobile....

...Custer isn't even in the ballpark.

Abe Lincoln had a full plate while in office. Slavery, the Civil War and the Mexican revolution.
