Only other post on here that mentioned Tom Waits... As far as songwriting goes, there are many songwriters/musicians mentioned in this thread that would put Tom Waits in their top 3. Guy is incredible.

    Couple others that I like
    Shannon Hoon - Blind Melon
    Neil Young

First time I have reread this forum. First, thanks Willie. Second, I apologize if was a smartass to anyone. Somethings I deeply believe in....go overboard sometimes and that's a fault.

Urge2kill, I have never heard of Dave Mustaine...but I promise you I and many others will explore the guy. You hang in like a yarddog my friend. Life is a bitch sometimes...but with hope...who the hell knows.

PaytheSucker...jesus...Toy Caldwell, love this guy. Marshall Tucker Band would have been great without the inter-band battles. Saw them during the early days and to me they were equal to the Allmen Brothers or other great bands...just never happened. Toy could rid that guitar.

Willie Bee...thanks my friend. (sorry if I get out of line sometimes)

Also, thankyou Madcap...said you had my back. I don't forget friends.

I like TVZ raw, especially when I've had a few cold ones. Won a nickel on Pitt tonight in CBB. I will have some cold ones and listen to some good music.

Check out Lyle Lovette doing Townes 'Flying Shoes'. Great song....listening Urge2Kill.
