Not dominant at all....Neither one can single handedly take over a game.

Love is one of my favorite players, but if you're team is down 12 points, you can't give him the ball and expect him to bring you back by himself. He gets an awful lot of points by grabbing offensive boards and getting an easy 2. But yes he does have the range to hit 3's and jumpers. But he's no Lebron/Kobe/D wade where you let them get the ball at half court and they go to work.

It would be great to see Kevin Love team up with Rudy Gay someday. Gay-Love Tandem.

Ironic. They play on the two worst teams. Not so dominant now, huh?

yes. lebron took many shit cavs team to the playoffs. last year = best record in the nba. this year they have essentially the same exact squad and they are the worst team in the nba. I guess like lakerboy says "1 player does not matter" he even took a pretty bad team to the nba finals in his first few years in the league.

blake griffin can't take over a game, neither can kevin love. neither are superstars, or even close to it.

Who would you rather have on your team Dwight Howard or Kevin Love?

    That's the real question.

Dwight Howard - A defensive force. Guys think twice about taking it to the hoop on him. Grabs boards and can finish most passes that are thrown above the rim to him. Liabilities - Pretty much his whole offensive game, if he has the ball and has to make a dribble with it, you might as well chalk up a Turnover or a missed sky hook. Ohh and the 60% FT.

Kevin Love - Offensive force. Got watch for him when a shot goes up, because he has a great knack for seeing where the ball will land. Other PF's/Centers have to guard him if he's outside of 15 ft which isn't usual for big guys. Great FG% and is hitting pretty good 3pt % also. Liabilities - I guess you'd have to say his Defense, and ability to stop a guy like Amare or another big PF/C. I don't really know.

As much as I love Love, I'd probably rather have Dwight. Throw Love on that Magic team, they could possibly have one of the worst defenses. But then the starting lineup of Jameer/Reddick/Richardson/Ryan Anderson and Love would be pretty nasty. I'd have a feeling the only 2 point shots made would be put back layups after a missed 3pter.

lol is that a serious question NGates?

Dwight Howard is without question the best Center in the league, Defensive player of the year, and an MVP candidate, all nba first team, etc.

These comparisons are laughable. Kevin Love will be lucky to make all nba 3rd team this year. You can't even put Love in the same sentence as Stoudamire either, thats insane bro

Being able to watch Kevin Love on a consistent basis is the only positive to being a Timberwolves fan.
