It is your system cleaning itself out... I had a buddy who quit cold turkey and was coughin up for a good 2 months.
He said it was normal, made me not want to quit after watching him.

cold turkey is the best way to go. you will feel so much better mentally and physically after about 2-3 months. GL

It sucks man. Real bad. different people do different things. Some eat and gain a lot of weight. My landlord got hooked on lollipops. Me I each sunflower seeds, the kind in the shell when it gets bad. It provides the fixation and isn't enough food to make me gain weight. The salt is the only downside.

E-cigs have also been banned by many states in US and overseas for health hazards. Just think about sucking on ur cell phone battery.

you serious? i was wondering if e cigs were healthy. i mean, its still nicotine. is nicotine on its own ok? but now youre talking about states banning these things, might have to boot these too.
