    How long do book to book transfers take?

    Thinking about transfering some cash to The Greek and betjam. Have been using 5dimesand a local exclusively for about 6 months.

    How long does it take, does it cost a fee?

    I believe it is free transfer but call them to confirm. Usually takes less than 2 hours.
