Two days back I had opened a thread explaining my grievance about not receiving 25% bonus in the following thread:-

I had been a loyal customer to bookmaker and was mad after that happened.

Anyway, after I opened the thread, Bookmaker gave me a call and apologized about the incident. They also offered me $100 freeplay in return of the mistake they made. They also upgraded my level from platinum to diamond level.

This was the kind of feedback I expected from a A+ rated book. Bookmaker has always been a classy book with 'customers are always right' attitude. I am happy that they called me yesterday and resolved this issue. Thank you Bookmaker .

Hey guy, I am not a $50 bettor alright. My unit size is 10 times bigger than yours. Lately, I have gotten buried with several bad beats. Hence, I am depositing $50 at a time to get back in the game. Please, tell me you havent gone through a phase where you were buried.

Besides I had made my deposits for $100. And I am loyal customer there. So, there is a difference.

The point is Bookmaker did the right thing.

I'm glad to hear that Bookmaker took care of their clients. That is a very nice deal they set up for you. Nothing wrong with being bumped in status, thats usually worth a couple free payouts a month.

first off this is not pathetic, the guy deserved the bonus, just becuase he made to deposits does not mean shit, did it add up to 100, same with sbr, as long as it adds to 200 in your account , you can become pro, no matter how you do it.

This is just plain stupidity on dsi, they think they can fuK over clients, and when a book starts to nickel and dime like they just did , its time for every player to cash out , and tell them idiots to fuK themselves

Bookmaker is a good book for a beginner. Once a bettor educates himself BM is no longer a wise option. BM, is financially stable..that is IT, imo.

Plain and Simple.. this is a shitty book and they will con you.. like they conned me. I was done with them for yrs, then their mgr calls me and tells me to come back. i say NO.. i said i will only go if they give me the loyalty pts cause they took em back before. he said dont' worry, you have my word, if you make this very large deposit, we'll give you the loyalty pts for life.. i said you sure?? he said, YES.. His name is Anthony and he's still there today conning poor people who don't know places like SBR....then i told him not to charge me also any fee for book to book, or wire, he said, 100%, you have my word no fees ever.. and just lose to us and then you'll have these deals for life.. i said great.

i lost 10k there the 1st week. then i log in and i find my loyalty pts are gone. i ask for a book to book, they charge me 280$. i ask for a wire, they charge me 300$..

they have crappy 20 cent lines, shitty website and they won't even offer me a bonus because they said i am up lifetime. even after they all did to me.. and if you do find value on a late dog there, you will be cut off or taken your loyalty pts away. so you're not allowed to bet value there..

that book is one of the worst i've seen and they are con artists.. they will lie to you and take your money, like they did to me..

F- is extremely harsh to give them, but your right about the totals and lines. A supposed A+ should offer something as simple as CBB totals and fair lines on not just soccer but all sports as well. Bookmaker's money line's have truly become a joke and I don't see how they can even stay competitive with them if they cater to pro players as well. Money lines are worse than quite a few recreational books.
