    Not sure what the actual "problem to solve" is, but it seems to just be describing the discrete fourier transform.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discrete_fourier_transform, or pick up Oppenheim's/Proakis's book; they'll be much better resources for this sort of thing.

    I am sorry to disappoint, there are none of those here. I, for one, cannot solve this but I have an excuse. This is not an equation but an operation known as 2-Dimensional Complex Out-of-Place Fast Fourier Transform, there is nothing to solve here, so you can go ahead and use it wherever you see a fit.

    I think is should be an exclusive room with a password to access I crossed the line and I am truly sorry. These dudes are so smart they can blow me up with some mathmatical equation using a match, a pogo stick and a elastic I hope they forgive my ignorance.
