If Ben is out for Sundays matchup with the Texans and the line changes, will the book cancel bets previously made on this matchup?....Currently there is no betting for this matchup but it opened at +6 Houston

(eg:If I have Houston at +6 and they come out with a new line of +1 will my +6 stand or vice versa if I have pitt -6 and it drops to -1 can I cancel) Does the book have an edge here?
