He testified in 2008 to the attorney general office in penn. The ag at the time is the current governor of PA. The Penn State Board of Trustees has asked interim head coach Tom Bradley to have assistant coach Mike McQueary off the sidelines for Saturday's game against Nebraska, according to the Lehigh Valley newspaper The Morning Call.
McQueary, the former PSU graduate assistant who, according to a grand jury report witnessed Jerry Sandusky sexually molest an underage boy on university property, will continue to serve as an assistant on the Nittany Lions staff. The Board of Trustees has asked that McQueary coach from the press box rather than the sidelines for fear of his safety and of media attention, this according to an anonymous member of the board

Due to multiple threats against Mike Mcqueary's life he will not be attending the Penn St vs Nebraska game just on ESPN. Good guy should be fired to begin with. I can't imagine how this guy saw this act actually happening. And didn't do much at all about it unreal.

Same answer as everything else --> money. Most posters here would gargle rat poison for a $50 deposit bonus, so it's not hard to imagine why a GA with a golden future would look the other way to avoid pissing off the Don of CFB. If I know anything about people, it's that they are generally moral until there's money on the table.

The guy is public enemy #1....when that should be reserved for Sandusky. It's hard to believe you could walk away from a 10 year-old being raped....but he did. The PSU fans are pissed at McQueary...for not just zipping his lip. McQueary dragged Joe into it and got Joe fired. Some PSU fans think McQ should have just shut his mouth and not told anyone. That way NO ONE would have ever known.

I would bet that MM, Joe Pa, and company would have all said (and honestly believed) the same thing prior to their involvement. They were all highly regarded family men, considered pillars of their community. There was no evil rich guy meeting in a dark room where they decided on conspiracy. They played hot potato with it because that's what we're hardwired to do.

There is a biological (fight or flight) component that is completely nullified when we play the "what I would have done" game. Same goes for combat scenarios, natural disasters, accidents, and whatever other life changing event you can think up. We simply don't know how we would react because it's impossible to simulate that type of stress.
