How to catch a cheating wife?
Pretty sure she's cheating, just trying to figure out how to catch here so when I divorce her ass I get my kid.
Any ideas, don't really want to blow a lot of money. I think if I could track her or listen to her conversations when she goes out, I could bust her.

Her phone has not been out of her possession for about a year, that's part of my suspicion. And yes, even in the shower it is with her, and under her pillow at night.
take the kid on a 2 day road trip. tell your wife 10 days in advance of your plans. this way she has time to make plans with her f\*\*k buddy. plant a hidden camera in your bedroom. if she is bold enough she may invite the guy over your house to f\*\*k. when u get home review the tape. if you find evidence do not flip out and accuse your wife. instead contact your lawyer immediately. he will help you build a case.
then file adultery charges against her. this will catch her by surprise.
check if she on website such as ashley madison. A lot of time people are wrong and just have a feeling. Please give us an update when you find anything. No really update me.
if you are planning on making a case you need hard evidence not some he said she said bull. need some pictures unless you can get the guy to fess up...and im guessing you wont.
Get one of those nanny cameras and put in your house and take a long fishing trip with your buddies so you can see who comes over.
Do they make an audio recorder that only records when there is sound? I don't want to listen to 36 hours of silence.

You can set up a webcam to send you an email with a picture every time it detects a motion. Not sure how much that costs
Not sure if it is legal to secretly record audio even in your own house. Should check it out otherwise you would be in trouble.

The best way is to purchase a program for your PC that records all emails, pwds, chat logs or anything typed ingeneral. I think it's called PC Pandora. Well worth the investment for peace of mind.
Are you a hothead? most of us gamblers are, if you only get audio first make sure to keep your cool, while obtaining video.
Why not check on a audio/video option, right off the bat? Get it all now, and get it over with then proceed to legal process.
I don't have any good advice because i sucked at this when it was happening to me a few years back but i wish you the best of luck. Hire a good lawyer and ask him for advice they see this every day and know all the ends and outs and what you can use in court again GOOD LUCK women seem to get all the breaks in court (unless you really nail them to the wall) or thats the way it is in my state !!!!!!!!!!!!
