So, although I, personally, wouldn't mind if RP became prez, the realistic odds of this actually happening are... hmm, let's see... divide by ~130 million voters, carry the one... um, er... oh, that's right: 0 % !!!

I wish serious minded citizens would awaken to his call. Sure he can be elected, but he needs help. If those voters that keep repeating "he can't win," would all vote for Paul; he's in like Flynn.

His ideas are frighting because they are so much different than the ideas we have witnessed for 20 years.
Getting his ideas or proposals through congress...there's the problem he would have. However, I do believe he's intelligent enough to accept any unapproved "way out" theories of his own making.

The BIG ONE-- seems only he has the guts to make it--is getting our "hated" troops home from around the globe. That is the colossal mistake keeps on ticking like a ticking bomb!

I used to be pretty involved in libertarian and third party politics 10+ years ago... Glad I woke up and realized that if you aren't interested in maintaining the system and status quo you are wasting your time participating...

Instead of wasting time and money supporting Mr. Paul buy an assault riffle or, hell, start an grow operation in California as this will do alot more towards helping yourself and others become free then participating in the sham political process will...

Problem with Ron Paul is that to get the nomination you have to have Republican support. To vote in most Republican primaries....you actually have to be registered as a Republican.

Most of Ron Paul's support come from the dope heads, and anti-war freaks.......not likely registered Republicans.
