Westbrook is his own worst enemy. His best game by far in the playoffs was game 7 against the Grizzlies in which he had 10 rebs. and 14 asst. along with only 14 pts on only 12 shot attempts. If he chooses to get everyone else involved and pick his spots to attack under control it is likely that nobody will stop him from getting to the rim, however Tyson will certainly alter his shots at the rim. He could possibly get Tyson in foul trouble early. If this happens it would be a major advantage for the Thunder.

Westbrook reminds me of Josh Smith.
If he aint throwing up 20 footers than he's bound to have a solid game.
Nobody can guard him on Dallas, maybe throw stevenson on him for a bit, but Westbrook will miss jumpers no matter who is sagging off him 5 feet. But he will take anyone to the hole - which he should do every single damn play, just like Rose will if they meet up in the finals. But Mavs won't get the shot at Rose in the finals if Westbrook isn't throwing up 25 shots a game.

Have you looked at Westbrook's numbers vs. Dallas this year?
They're turrible.

thats what im sayin, plug up the paint with a nice tight little zone and just help on durant and harden- keeping them outside and hope they miss, then just trade baskets with them. if westbrook is derrick rosing them in the paint, its gonna be a long long night/series for the mavs.

It's going to be a combo of Stevenson & Terry I think for the majority of possessions. Kidd won't see much time on him. He'll take the 2 I think when he's in.

he is great, but if he could finish more when he got to the rim, he would be fantastic. he comes up short everytime. he will figure it out. when he does, he will be even more of a force. to me this is his biggest flaw, and it is more than correctable. he needs to hit the weight room some more as well
