The top players have either moved to live or are playing over seas. When I have time to play, it was only profitable for me to play SBR Poker unless there was a reason to play...not saying I'm a top flight player, but this is a reason to play.

I agree, the odds are a little silly. Especially this early. The first reply is the absolute truth lol.

You'd make a lot more if you priced the odds even remotely close to fair because you'd get a lot more action. For example, let's say you priced the markets at 400% instead of the 40000% it is now. It would still be very hard for SBR to lose and you'd get 100X more action.

Betting on yourself is the absolute last thing you should do. If you win, you'll get a $10K seat+airfare and lodging - winning a few points too would be pointless.

Dax, I'm confused why points are different than real money? I feel like points and cash are, in this context, simply synonymous. You Earn cash to buy things. You earn and bet points to buy things. I don't think your explanation works very well. Just sayin

Just to keep the facts straight I have not bet on myself but will be doing so, but more likely with fishhead. Nobody works harder at poker then myself and I do like my chances. Being in Vegas already at this time it would be nice to play main event. Cake Network Vegas series for WSOP is also very promising with play taking only pennies. Won at least seven satellites in last two weeks. Good chance I will be in Cake Sundays final for WSOP seat. Will be trying at UB also. Bodog has good finals but poor satellites.

I will also be betting on several others as I like quite a few here. I wonder how many here study the results and knows who can play as it becomes quite here with players like MrMarket, Thadd, cankid, Frankzig, mvp123, lvherby, lineman, pokerbeast, lvbound, CrJohnson32, a4u2fear, AceKing, Carsellers4, FuzzyDunlop, darys, and many others quite capable. Poker ain't hard and there are many, many great players here. Finals is going to be a very good game and very exciting. Sinmiedo and myself will make final table as well as Thadd & Frankzig and probably AceKing.

I would like to parlay myself and thadd for headups play final table with me winning. Seriously want to stick it to thadd from jealousy.
