Gasol is a really good 2nd option/complement to Kobe but probably about 20th best player in NBA. Defense is a weakness.

On the other hand Miami has 2 of the top 10 players in the league.

Last year everyone would have said Bosh is the best low post PF in the NBA. But he is struggling being a 3rd option when he is use to volume shooting and being 1st option all the time. Bosh is much better than he is playing so far this year. This team needs time yet to get it together.
