    That is correct.

FI, you can only upgrade once hence you can only get the 100 point bonus once.

Yes, but it's easier to verify if you grab a new account using the link.

If I deposit $25 at 8 different sponsor books do I qualify for the $200 requirement or do all $200 need to be deposited at the same book?

I have over $200 in forum sponsor books, but I didn't sign up for them through an SBR link. All the books I have deposited into via SBR links are either not forum sponsors (like justbet) or I've zeroed out the balance (like rebatewager). Am I just SOL?

Youre good. All you need is $200 in a sponsor acct. If youre making a first time deposit you would get an extra 100 pts.

    Bill,

What if you have pending wagers that come up to $200, is that counted towards it also?

To sum up how it works... If you have a balance of $200 or more (with the source of that balance being a deposit of $200 or more) on the day you submit the application you are good to go.

example 1: If you won a contest for $25 and hit a 7-teamer for $500, and have never deposited, you would not be able to use that as a valid account to go pro.

example 2: If you deposited $200 last year and have since carried a balance of $10,000 in winnings. You are good to go...even if you made a few subsequent withdrawals of more than $200, you are pro with that acct because it's a live $200 deposit balance.

The point of the PRO program is that sportsbooks who sponsor it want to reward real active bettors. SBR of course wants everyone to enjoy the forum, points and contests. The result is giving even more to customers who are working with a live $200 real-money deposit. There will be a lot of extra stuff happening for the PROS.

Good idea and would be better if the daily contests could have a 1st and a 2nd place instead of 1st only

Dude, you don't have $25 in any book, let alone $250, so stop wasting people's time here.

I deposited USD $210 by Moneybookers to Pinnacle in July 2010 for World Cup , placed a bet on Germany and won (thanks to Paul the Octopus) .

Now my sports account has USD $400+ .

I guess I qualify for the SBR Pro scheme ?

What's the big fuss on the $200? Sooner or later you degenerates are going to fund one of those books.

You should be surprised on how many posters here can only afford to gamble with points and not real cash..especially the 18-21 year old demographic.

Does the minimum deposited balance of $200 have to be maintained as a threshold throughout the year or is it only checked initially at the time of application? Are there any activity level requirements associated with the sportsbook account balance if it's used for the purpose of become a SBR pro? Are there any activity level requirements associated with the SBR "Pro" status and contest eligibility?

    2. no
    3. Nearly all new content and contests will be for Pro's. Regular members will still have all they have now.
