You will find the following in our Bonus Terms and Conditions:
' We only allow one bonus per IP. If multiple accounts are linked to a single IP address at any point during your betting activities this will be considered an abuse of the Bonus. '
Our logs show quite clearly that you have abused this rule as we registered betting activities from multiple accounts within our system, and frequent logins in quick succession from the same IP address. This has been done several times.
We regret to inform you that we expect compliance with our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when you signed up with us.
Therefore, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions:
" If GoldVictory is suspicious of fraudulent activities on any account the available funds will be confiscated. The account-holders will then be refunded their initial deposit less an administrative fee of 25E and any charges that are applicable. The refund will be processed within 10 days from the account closure, and the only withdrawal method available for this type of refund will be bank transfer and the account holders will be requested to supply their details prior to receiving their refund. "
Please forward us identification details (front and back), and a bank statement for each account so that we can refund your deposits.
