    Problem with goldvictory

    Hi my friends,
    I have 100% same issue like Raul. They block my account and dont want to pay my 477 euro winnings. They pay me only my deposit 50 euro minus they fee, so i have get only 42 euro of 519 euro. They block my account and than call me on my phone and ask me silly question, like what team i bet before 10 days, what amount and so on. How can i answer that question? I do not bet only on they betting house. I dont remember what i eat 2 days ago, so how can i remember what bet was 10 days ago. After that they say me that i have fraud activities?! Yesterday I fulfill complaint form, so will see what will happen now. It seams that a lot people share the same situation from this bookie.

    Hello!

    A friend of mine advised to register to SBR and ask for your help, as you helped to solve many complaints about Gold Victory. Firstly, I heard good news about this new betting office from friends, and registered a few months ago to try them.
    Now after a few months, I had my winnings confiscated, and I know, I made some mistakes, but didn't cheat as they claim, and this is the reason why I am asking for your help.
    The "mistake" I made, is that I have two colleagues - sports and betting fans too - , and we usually play together....talk about bets, find out what's good, and often place bets at the same events. My colleagues have accounts at GV too, (one friend from this 2 advised me to join to GV) and as we all often bet from our working place, the event, that similar bets in short time were made from different accounts, but same IP (as all IP is the same from our workstations, or the netcafe we use). I understand this can be suspicious, now I (we) would be more careful to avoid any suspicious-looking move.
    Still, when I asked for a withdrawal, and GV was locked my winnings, I was hoping, if my - and my colleagues - account are verified by any means (ID, home address, phone call, bills, or anything that GV asks), GV respects our withdrawals, as this proves that we are individual bettors.
    I repeat, I know I made a mistake (I am not a professional bettor ), but i hope that with the help of SBR, I can receive my winnings.

    Wow, what an interesting answer from them

    It seems this bookie must be avoided....no explanation even for SBR, no chance for the players to clear their name, just "violated their rules", account and case closed...?! Lol, this reminds me how bwin handles account problems these days....

    So everytime someone wins from them you have to file a complaint with SBR to get paid?

    Then they force people who won money to apologize to get paid?

    D- book IMO and they don't even have a SBR rating?

    I know, they say that I violated the rules. But it isn't true. I confess, that we were careless. We didn't want to "violate" the rules, only make bets. I didn't want to misuse the bonus. I made the rollover more times, than required.
    The Goldvictory wasn't authorised to steal our money. I know, the Goldvictory is a new sportsbook, and it doesn't want to pay. We won many money, it was a "very good" reason to refuse our payouts. We were robbed by Goldvictory.
    If somebody want to register to Goldvictory, think of it! It is better to help the poor people, not criminals.

    Re: your dispute:

    From Goldvictory's T&C, they state:

    The Account Holders of GoldVictory agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions at all times, and also confirm that they are:

    not acting in the interests of any third party
    using a unique IP address. If multiple accounts are linked to a single IP address at any point during your betting activities the said accounts will be placed under investigation and will be closed
    We have looked at many books with this rule, and concluded that this is a fair rule. Even though you may have been “innocent”, the rule allows them to close the account if you bet from the same IP.

    If your deposit was returned, they have done the minimum to be "fair".

    If you can show convincing evidence that there are actually different people making these bets, you'd have a much better chance. But since you and your friends were betting the same games (and presumably going over the limits that way), this is a tough case to win.

    Hello Justin,
    I admitted, that we were careless, but the punishment of goldvictory was disproportionately high. The fair decision would have been, if they close my account and withdraw ALL of my money. But they snaped at this oppurtunity to get off with the paying. I wish them to spend our stolen money for medicine.

    I've been trying to log into my account since yesterday to find I have been locked out.
    Interestingly enough, my last bet with them was over 2 months ago when I lost and didn't have any balance left there.
    Today CS tells me that they have terminated my account because my IP matched two other users! I'm the only one at home who uses the computer and I can't access the site from work in anycase.
    I'm curious to find out they deduced that my IP was similar to some other accounts - if I haven't placed a bet there since my last losing bet.
    I use AOL from the UK - perhaps this might be the reason?

    Feel fortunate you didn't have a balance with them at the time they closed your account. My guess it was AOL related in some fashion, but I can't say for sure though. My advice would be not to play with them anymore to avoid any foreseen problems at some point down the road.

    all sorted now. Very helpful CS have reviewed my account and accepted that AOL and their range of proxy servers were the cause of my problem. These guys are probably a bit overzealous of their IP rules..but willing to listen to customers. Impressed.

    AOL has it's pros and cons with the service they provide. Of course you just have experienced the bad, however I'm glad to hear that this matter was cleared up for you sir.

    I've just received an email from Goldvictory (below), effectively trying to steal my winnings. My deposit was for E150 and I have over E600 in there now.

    I have logged in from different areas, due to the nature of my job, but I have absolutely not got multiple accounts, neither do I have a friend/partner with an account.

    Dear Sir,

    You will find the following in our Bonus Terms and Conditions:
    ' We only allow one bonus per IP. If multiple accounts are linked to a single IP address at any point during your betting activities this will be considered an abuse of the Bonus. '

    Our logs show quite clearly that you have abused this rule as we registered betting activities from multiple accounts within our system, and frequent logins in quick succession from the same IP address. This has been done several times.
    We regret to inform you that we expect compliance with our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when you signed up with us.
    Therefore, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions:

    " If GoldVictory is suspicious of fraudulent activities on any account the available funds will be confiscated. The account-holders will then be refunded their initial deposit less an administrative fee of 25E and any charges that are applicable. The refund will be processed within 10 days from the account closure, and the only withdrawal method available for this type of refund will be bank transfer and the account holders will be requested to supply their details prior to receiving their refund. "

    Please forward us identification details (front and back), and a bank statement for each account so that we can refund your deposits.

    I have spoken to a guy from Goldvictory on the phone today. I explained to him which broadband connection I have been using, Three mobile broadband, which uses a slightly different ip address each time as far as I can tell. I assured him that I haven't got multiple accounts and I don't know anyone with an account. He told me he hears this often, and that the goldvictory security measures are rarely wrong.

    Great.

    Please, please can you guys at SBR help me out here. They have convicted me of an offence that I have got absolutely nothing to do with. I can't believe this is happening.

    How the hell do I prove that I'm innocent?

    Today's email:

    Dear Sir,

    We have reviewed your case and decided that your explanations are insufficient. Our logs show quite clearly that your account conflicts with others in what cannot be described as a casual manner. Their is sufficient evidence to invalidate your claims.

    Please forward a bank statement so that we can refund your deposit, less administrative fees.

    Josh is kindly trying to help me get my money back from these thieves.

    Their long email to Josh included:

    We have not closed his account on a whim, and are perfectly able to distinguish between an occasional conflict and Bonus abuse.

    In this case, our logs show quite clearly that the person in question is guilty of Bonus abuse as we have a number of accounts that systematically log-on and log-off from the same IP address, and this with a number of different IP’s.

    In other words, each time the individual’s IP address changes, correspondingly so do those of a number of other accounts. Systematically.
    So when he sends us hotel bills to prove he was traveling at the time he is shooting himself in the foot really. What are we to believe?
    Because our logs then show that 3 other account holders always happen to be wherever he is…and use his unique IP as well.
    Well, the chances of other people logging in and out from exactly the same location as me, on the same days as me are absolutely miniscule.

    Frankly, they are crooked, and I'd love them to send proof to SBR of these logs, and of the other persons who have supposedly had their accounts closed.

    Smells like a bookmaker with financial problems to me.

    Also, why the hell would I log in and out from my multiple accounts without placing a bet?

    And do they really understand how mobile phone internet IP addresses actually work?

    And, of course, they were perfectly happy for me to lose my 200Euro deposit to them in October. Was I a multiple account bonus abuser back then, or is it just a recent occupation of mine? Pray tell, Goldvictory.
