That's why he needed to surround himself with 2 other all stars to even have a chance at getting a ring. Kobe > Lebron.
i didn't know the championship is won on dec 25

Lebron and the Cavs beat the Lakers by like 30 last year on christmas. And look what happened.

So does Jerry West. These are their opinions as it is yours. If you wan't to compare their stats and accomplishments as a meter then Lebron has a long way to go. I don't know what the basis is to say James is better. If you make this opinion based of watching them play I still say Kobe is the better overall. The only category Lebron James is a definite winner is defensively. I only hope we can put this whole discussion to rest in 6 or 7 years when Lebron is exposed as the good semi talented overrated player the smart fan of NBA already can see. He will never match Kobe's ring count nor his stats in NBA all time.

That's true. Phil Jackson hit a lot of clutch shots. And phil could played some damn good D too. And all those rebounds he pulled. and his post game, my god. all praise be to phil!!!!!!!!!!!

Lebron has done nothing other than come to Miami because he couldn't do it on his own. Like Michael Jordan said. He didn't need an all star cast to win.

lebron is super athletic that's all he doesn't even have a post up game, doesn't have a reliable jump shot, he relies on his athleticism too much, just wait till he ages and we'll see how much of a player he is

Who is saying they won by themselves? The point is they didn't need two other all stars to make their teams contenders and MJ made this exact statement regarding James decision to dis his hometown the city of Cleveland to go play on an all star team. Funny thing is they still won't win the championship this season.

What a pathetic display by Kobe and the Lakers today. Lebron and the Heat came to play and showed Kobe who the best in the NBA currently is...and it's not even close. Miami dominated on both ends of the court. So much for Kobe being the ultimate competitor.

You mean like Kobe tried to do in game 7 last year? Or how about his epic collapse against the Suns? Kobe's numbers GO DOWN in the playoffs, Lebron's improve.

I dare you to try defending Kobe's miserable performance tonight. He played with no pride at all.

I'd advice to check this one out, looks a bit more adequate to your lebron love.

You live in the past so often it must be kind of sad. The Lakers looked awful tonight. Miami shut them down on both ends and Lebron had the most effortless triple double I've seen in a while. Be man enough to give props when props are due.
