my stock pick has turned into a dud, i know nothing about stocks , but since Humana is a local company and all i ever read about is how much profit health care companies make i decided to choose it. i would of done better drawing any other local company out of a hat and got a better stock.

The instructions say the thread is lock on saturday, so is it reasonable to think that is when the value of the stock will be noted for contest purposes?

Well MO is little changed after whatever they did, a spin off of some sort. In my account I got an equal number of Philip Morris shares now symbol PM. They are trading for about $50 and MO is going for about $20 so not much change.
