Point is if the same few guys make vids and I keep weight the same we are going to have the same guys in contention

I want to see a guy like Bronxer or Richie have a shot or others

If you adjust the weight, still give out an award for video, and maybe even thread... this may entice posters to want to do more vids and will still give credit where it's due.

POTM - poster of the month - Top 100
VOTM - video of the month - Top 5
TOTM - thread of the month - Only 1
