Thats actually good marketing. Some posters probably post up after every paycheck each week, so it won't really matter, lol.

I have a friend that refuses to signup for offshore books through the forums because he doesn't think its right for the forums (if they have an affiliate deal) to profit off his losses.

So he signs up with the offshore books right on their website only. I asked him whats the difference, that his losses are losses. But he says the forums shouldn't know what he wins or loses as its none of their business. Kind of like what you touched in another thread.

Can you really expect him to keep giving us free stuff at the store and never try to get any money coming in ?

If SBR can do things like this to get more money coming in the door, the store and free gift cards can be a long term program, otherwise it wont last long.

Exactly, and thats where trust comes into play, that those with access will not share this information with anyone. (Some people are concerned about this for different reasons, regardless if they bet big or small)

You don't get his point. Why should the ones making affiliate money know how much I have with each book? It's none of their business. They can create a database of each poster's balance and track how much they lose and use it to offer them promos to deposit more. This is how the Pro program is envisioned to work in the future. Once they identify who are the biggest fish they will offer them more freebies to deposit more. It's a never ending cycle of giving you a carrot to keep betting.

You could deposit $200 at the greek and just let it sit there until there is a scalp with one of your other books. There are scalps of 2 to 5 cents at the greek all the time. Then just keep doing that until you move the money from the greek into one of your other accounts. You make a profit each time, and SBR would only know about 1 account - the greek. They wouldnt know about the others. If you dont believe there are scalps, ask Fishhead. He makes a lot of money this way.
