Yes, you may withdraw to canada and deposit with no problem!

We do our best to answer emails within 24 hours.
We do not deal with ANY Banks in the USA, and no one in the company is a USA person,

We already are processing a lot of volume for local books, several of the BIG ones, and the reason we brought the wallet to market was to make it easier for them and the players to move money amongst themselves.

We usually prefer to receive funds via wire in Eur and as such no US Intermediaries are involved. Once received, we post the NET amount received on conversion to USD to the users account.

A few of our clients who we process for manually are A rated books. We cannot release any names however until they are integrated to our online system. With the biger ones this can take time as the work has to make its way through the various levels of management and then tech.

Yes, we accept US customers.

You can courier us a Check, but remember as we do not work with US Banks, clearing checks "offshore" takes time ( a few weeks ).

We recommend that you use person to person money transfer options as it is the fastest, and safest.

Regarding holding funds. e-wallet / virtual accounts in our system are denominated in USD. We do not charge any conversion fees or anything like that. However, some of the methodology in our transfers, especially bank transfers may incur small conversion charges by the banks involved. I am afraid there is no avoiding this.

Dude, I get that, BUT if Pinny or Cris are currently using these guys and they are on board--so are alot of us.

All sounds good so far. Once the books are announced I will probably give these guys a trial run.

This is what we all want.... Something as easy as neteller used to be. Banking out of Canada is not much to ask these days for the ability to use efts/wires easily.

I am sure many processors will spring up and close, but if you are a processor and have the technical ability to run the business, there is no reason to do that. Neteller was doing $200,000 in revenue per day when they left. Someone certainly will step up.

I'm still not sold on this being the best an eWallet can do for Americans. Perhaps no one has figured out a viable work around, but this seems unnecessary. If I'm going to use a money transfer service, I'm doing it directly to the book, not paying an extra charge to the middle man.

This seems like it could be worthwhile for Canadians or whatever, but right now I think we need to wait for a company to step up and try to replace Neteller. Maybe that will never happen?

I certainly can't answer that for them.

But, from my perspective, any money processor will have to demonstrate a lot before I will consider them.

Depositing directly to your book (wsex for people that don't know) is still really easy.

I was looking at the fees pretty close and maybe I missed something? Yea, it would be 8% if you are transferring $100. But at 1% plus $8.95, that makes out to be better than Neteller if you are P2P large sums.

Somebody correct that if I am wrong.

I think we can expect to see different companies coming out of the woodwork the first few weeks of football season. We must contain ourselves and try not to salivate too much. A good company will come, but it will have to prove itself. Simply examining a companies fees is a recipe for disaster, no matter what books roll the dice. Until then I'll continue depositing how I am and longing for Neteller.
