Standard is 4% for incoming and 2% for outgoing. There are also other options, like $15 flat fee, as well as specials which I believe may include no or little fees for one type of transaction. FWIW Pinnacle pays about 1.9% for incomings.

I am left with total fascination for a long time that books pick up these fees! I would love to have a look at some of the accounting of some books to see how they do on the Neteller clients. I think most of the Neteller customers are smarter guys, so one would like to avoid them big time.

double B, It does make you wonder just how much a book pays in fees to Neteller over a course of a one year period doesn't it.

Yes, or rather $39 than $40 as it is 3.9%.

What other choices they have? CCs? Also couple of percent in fees plus the ********** danger, **? 7 to 12%. There are some better alternatives like Moneybookers with under a dollar fee (tops) but Neteller is a powerhouse, has been promoted by the book themselves for years and they like it. Today almost everyone uses it, sharps or squares.

I just find it suprising that for all the money involved, the only real competition Neteller has is from mneybookers. And my impression of moneybookers (someone please correct me if I'm wrong), is that they are really only targeting European players.

There are some American and Canadian people using Moneybookers.

Most of their clients are probably European as they have a great network of European banks supporting instant deposits with internet banking with only 0.50 Euro fee.

From the states you probably have to make an international bank wire or deposit by credit card. Fees are low nevertheless. Sending and receiving money between bookies doesn't cost anything.

I went to their page and looked under fees. International bank wires are free of charge, but i don't know if the banks in the States charge anything for sending money to European banks. They list fees under united states for withdrawals €1.80 with a bank wire and €3.5 for a check.

Good thing is that almost all of the top books accepts Moneybookers nowdays. I rarely need neteller anymore...

what about E-check or citadel commerce....that can't cost the books as much can it?

I can't believe Pinny pays anything close to this. They give you a free one ( or charge $15 for the second one in a month), but allow $50,000 ( I believe it is ) to be moved. A big player moving 50k amounts cannot be costing Pinny 2% ( $1,000), it must be a flat rate deal ( $15? ) cost to Pinny, and other books like Mansion ( totally free from them,BTW).

I just listed available options. I did not say or imply that Pinnacle pays 2% for outgoings. I believe it's $15, that's why they give you one free but only if it's above $500.

I think someone posted here before that Neteller charge a flat rate of $15 for withdrawals - that makes sense since a lot of books have payout regimes (either max payment per day or one free withdrawal a month) based around a max $2500 figure.

Additionally I'm pretty sure that the Pinnacles of the world would be able to get a better deal on % costs than the smaller books.
