    The cream always rises to the top. Talented players show up no matter what the situation. And to be fair Chelsea is still a solid enough club. The blame lies directly at Pulisics feet.

    I'd sooner he stay in the PL or try and move to the Bundesliga. Those are the two highest quality Football leagues in my opinion.
