If a bettor had risked the same unit on each game against the Chicago White Sox this season that bettor would be 21-8, and up about +7 units, depending on the line bet.

A bettor doing the same thing on each game this season against the KC Royals would be 22-7 and up more than +5 units, depending on the line.

Risking the same unit each game this season against the Oakland A's would give a 23-6 record and about +6 units on the season, depending on the line bought.

But St. Louis seems to have, so far, shown the best "value" on the fade as a bettor risking the same unit against the St. Louis Cardinals this season would be 19-10, but would be up about +9 units on the season.

best advice is pick your spots using the link showing how teams play at home and away n of course you want to stay away when pitchers ranked 5th vs no 1 0r 2

Love fading really bad teams in MLB. They are always pressed to win a series especially on the road against decent teams. I find it very profitable.

Riding great teams also in the MLB can pay off as well. It goes both ways. When teams get hot and or cold in MLB they usually stay that way for a while.

yup Jibby but when month of sept comes around you have teams locked in playoffs that will protect thier aces only go like 2 or 3 innings

mostly you want teams that get hot at end and roll into playoffs sept final 2 weeks teells the story

I always look in on who's hot and not in their last 10 games with MLB. It's always about what have you done for me lately!

This link below shows the last 10 game streaks on the far right spread sheet of each team. For example - I see the A's are just 1-9 in their last 10 games and I see the Houston Astros are 8-2 in their last 10 games.

Houston Stros are about to play the pathetic A's in the next series match up tomorrow. I will be looking eagerly to fade the A's in that series. Looking at past match ups between both teams are helpful to see also. Home and away records. Oh and Pitching match ups game to game should also be taken into consideration.

Its nice to see records & percentages but the thread asks what would these teams pay us.
Royals (-13.4u) on the season, but not sure how many u's down since Billy started the thread.
A's are the worst on the season at (-24u)
I feel like fading my Jays would have been lucrative this month, even though they're only (-3.1u) on the season.

Out of 20 years of sports forums... not one person has ever been on a heater in MLB and ended up plus money at the end of the year. In fact... it's literally the worst sport and you'll lose your bankroll. If you strictly pick teams.... goodnight. You might have HALF A CHANCE selecting only totals.

The problem with fading the bad teams is that you get horrible odds on the favorites.
